Shipping policy

All orders are made to order. Meaning, the item is not created until the order is placed. Processing time is cumulative among all the products included in an order. For example, if you order Throw Pillows, Shirts, and Accessories in the same order, it could take longer in lab than 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be shipped.

IMPORTANT!!!!Please note that Expedited shipping does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. It only speeds up the shipping method once the order is complete. Final delivery might be via USPS or DHL.

*If a package is returned due to insufficient address, or incorrect information, etc. the package can be reshipped.  Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and payment will be due prior to reshipping. If the customer does not wish to reship the order, a restocking fee will be assessed. No refunds on shipping fees. *

* Final delivery may be performed by USPS or DHL. Shipping time will vary depending on your location.
** Expedited deliveries are only available Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not available.
**Orders shipping to PO boxes, must ship via Economy or Standard shipping and may require extra time in transit. Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will ship via USPS.
