 Shipping Policy

Shipping time will vary depending on your location. Expedited delivery is not available on Saturday.

**Orders shipping to PO boxes, must ship via Economy or Standard shipping and may require extra time in transit.

*Duty and taxes are applied when your order arrives, and are not part of our shipping charge.

IMPORTANT!!!!All orders are made to order. Meaning, the item is not created until the order is placed. Processing time is cumulative among all the products included in an order. For example, if you order Throw Pillows, Shirts, and Accessories in the same order, it could take longer in lab than 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be shipped.

IMPORTANT!!!!Please note that Expedited shipping does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. It only speeds up the shipping method once the order is complete.

IMPORTANT!!!! Final delivery might be via USPS or DHL

*If a package is returned due to insufficient address, or incorrect information, etc. the package can be reshipped.  Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and payment will be due prior to reshipping. If the customer does not wish to reship the order, a restocking fee will be assessed. No refunds on shipping fees.*

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, once the order is delivered. If you received a confirmation email that your order has shipped but you have not received the order in the maximum allotted time based on the shipping method chosen, first contact your local USPS and if package is deemed missing contact us to arrange a replacement.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

A restocking fee will be assessed for orders returned due to buyer's remorse.

To start a return, you can do so in our Returns CenterIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always Contact Us for any return question or email us directly at info@phenixboutique.com.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Color issues:

An experienced color technician reviews every order you submit to us. The technician performs an overall color correction on monitors that are calibrated to our printers. Here at Beguiling Phenix Art we have built in every control measure possible to standardize this process. However, color correction is performed by several different technicians, and the process does have an element of human interpretation. REFUNDS ARE NOT GRANTED FOR CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS.

To request a refund or replacement for any purchased product, please contact our Returns Center.

You will need to include the following:

  1. The online order number
  2. The item number 
  3. A detailed description of the issue
  4. Pictures of the item showing issue for return

DO NOT replace the order through the website. The remake will be processed and shipped out immediately.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
